Our Machine Polishing Process
Paint Depth Reading
We measure paint depth across all panels before touching the car, establishing a safe baseline and recording pre-existing low areas.
Decontamination Wash
Multi-stage safe wash, iron fallout removal (ferrous decontamination), tar removal, and clay bar treatment to ensure a perfectly clean surface.
Inspection Under Light
The car is placed under our specialist lighting rigs to map all defects, swirls, holograms, scratches, and buffer trails, before starting.
Polishing
Panel by panel machine polishing using the correct combination of machine, pad, and compound for each area. We work methodically and check constantly.
Final Inspection
A second inspection under specialist lighting confirms all defects have been addressed and the finish is at the agreed standard.
Protection (recommended)
The corrected paint is immediately vulnerable. We always recommend following polishing with our professional ceramic coating service.
