Dartford cars live around the Crossing, the tunnel and the M25, some of the busiest, slowest and most polluted road in the country. That means heavy brake dust from constant braking, soot and grime from the tunnel and idling traffic, and a thick road film that dulls the paint and bonds into the clear coat.

It builds up faster than most areas, and washing alone will not clear it. Bonded fallout and film need proper decontamination to lift them off the surface.

Strip it back, then keep it off

We decontaminate the paint chemically and mechanically to remove the bonded film and brake dust, then measure and correct to bring back the gloss underneath. It is usually a bigger transformation than owners expect, because so much of the dullness is contamination rather than damage.

A ceramic coating then keeps the film sitting on top instead of bonding in, so the next wash actually gets the car clean. On a Dartford car that constant film is the main enemy, and a coating is the most effective answer to it.
