What we can remove, and what we cannot

This matters more than any marketing claim, so here is the honest version.

Scratches that have not gone through the clear coat can almost always be removed by machine polishing. If you cannot catch a fingernail in it, it will very likely come out. Scuffs where another car's paint has transferred onto yours usually come off entirely, and people are often surprised by that.

What we cannot polish out is anything through to the base coat or primer, and deep key scratches almost always are. Those need paint. We will tell you which category yours is in before you commit to anything, and we would rather send you to a bodyshop than take money for work that will not fix your problem.

Why a driveway or mobile service will not do this

Correction needs controlled light and a dust-free space. On a street in Eltham you have neither, and a mobile operator working outside your house cannot see what they are removing. That is how cars end up with holograms, which look worse in sunlight than the original swirls.
